Mushakukousan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

  2. To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification).
  3. To send emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns, etc., of the service the user is currently utilizing, as well as information on other services provided by the Company.
  4. To contact users as necessary for maintenance, important notices, etc.
  5. To identify and refuse service to users who violate the Terms of Use or who attempt to use the service for fraudulent or improper purposes.
  6. To allow users to view, change, delete, or check the status of their own registration information.
  7. To bill users for usage fees in paid services.

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

  1. The Company shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the new purpose is relevant to the purpose before the change.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations.

However, if disclosure falls under any of the following cases, the Company may decide not to disclose all or part of the information. If a decision is made not to disclose the information, notification to that effect will be given without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

  • When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.
  • When there is a risk of causing a significant impediment to the proper execution of the Company's business.
  • When it violates other laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. If the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add, or delete the personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.

  2. If the Company receives a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and deems it necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall correct the personal information concerned without delay and notify the user to that effect.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1. If requested by an individual to suspend the use of or erase their personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or obtained by fraudulent means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

  2. Based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, if it is deemed necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall suspend the use of the personal information without delay and notify the user to that effect.

Article 9 (Anonymously Processed Information)

When creating or providing Anonymously Processed Information (information processed so that a specific individual cannot be identified and cannot be restored), the Company shall take appropriate safety management measures in accordance with laws and regulations, and shall publicize the items of information and the method of provision.

Article 10 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user.

  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
